Mama is the greatest chef, and she can't help but to notice all the food in any show or movie she watches! This time, she decided she was going to make this delicious fish pie dish (with your help, of course). But... just as you sit down and are about to gobble into it, she says,

"Mama won't let you take one bite until you tell me what animated film this is from!"

Oh please, oh please tell Mama the title of the film this cuisine is from so everyone at Colors can chow down! Mama will not only let you eat, but will also give you two cards for dessert!

This game is now closed! The answer was my favorite Studio Ghibli film, Kiki's Delivery Service!

You guys are on fire! Six buckets full in the first week - but with a second week to go, that leaves us plenty of time to top off the orange and purple ones, right? Donation limits are reset for week two, but I have a couple of clarifications and things that will be getting tweaked in the rules here, so please take a look! ALL FULL, you guys are quick! Expect bigger buckets next week, but in the meantime, the reminders below still apply!

If your donation is invalid, I ask that you start a new thread rather than replying to me in the existing one! This wasn't a rule before, so don't feel bad if you already did it - but since what you play can affect whether someone else's play is valid, and changing it later can mean that something they checked comments to be sure would work can suddenly not, I feel that it's more fair this way (and much easier on my sanity when I'm updating). Think of it like Crazy Colors - if you mess up once, you're free to try again, but you'll have to jump back in at the bottom of the queue!

Most of you have been doing this already, but it makes my life easier if, when you list your card and color, you also let me know how many times you've donated. This isn't a big deal if you don't, since I will be adding you to my list of who's added what colors anyway, but it makes it a little easier on me when I do the end-of-round prizes!

Aside from that, remember that a deck can only be played once per week and we want to fill those buckets to exactly the goal number, not over, and have fun!

It helps if I link it again, doesn't it. Haven't had my coffee yet, don't judge.

Last week in celebration of the new EO game's release we were looking at an FOE from the Etrian Odyssey series! They usually appear orange - but as I had several responses that couldn't decide whether to call it orange or yellow, I will take yellow/gold as a full-credit answer as well. Tougher ones appear red, and some games have shown them blue for flying or purple for invisible on your map, while bosses look like FOEs only black...so there are a lot of things I'll take for partial credit here.

And as for those bonuses - in the Japanese games, FOE stands for "Field-On Enemy," while the English localizations went with "Formido Oppugnatura Exsequens." I'll also accept "Foedus Obrepit Errabundus," which was used in Europe and in the first game's BGM player. (I've always been fond of the fan nickname "#%$&ing Overpowered Enemy," myself.)

The Shinsengumi are on a door-to-door manhunt, but their wanted posters are all in black and white! Please help them supply some more details to the citizens so they can fulfill their duties.

And this week's suspect... )

This round closes on Monday, October 14th.

♥ News ♥

Hi players, it's October already! I hope you are enjoying the new games that were introduced recently and that you are used to new mods already! I don't have a lot to announce this month, other than what you've heard already - after reading your responses at last month's release post, we decided to increase the number of character cards you can take to 10.

October also means Pokemon Halloween will be here soon. Have you seen the Halloween event that was held at Colors two years ago? If we were to have another Halloween event this year, what would you like to see there? Answer and you can take a bonus card with deckname that starts with H!

Thanks to my fabulous friend Casey for this

Princess Peach sure does have a lot of friends! And why wouldn't she? She's sweet, charming and absolutely lovable to all. The problem is, she has so many birthdays to attend, it's always very hard to find out what each person wants. She has a small idea but is going to need your help to pick the perfect gift! Won't you help Peach pick the perfect present?

For this game, I'm going to give a series and a few bullet points that describes an item, between three and five. What you need to do is tell me the item and who you think it's for. When an item is very general and many people could use it, any one of those answers would be accepted (If it's a Propeller Cap from Mario, then Mario, Luigi, and Toad could use it and any of those would be acceptable).

This week, she has a party to get to...

Who could it be for? )

What item is she thinking of and where is she going?

Post the Item and the Person it's going to correctly for a total of 4 cards!

This round closes on October 14th!

The previous answer was the Magic Lamp and it could go to anyone playable in Mario Party 2-4. Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Wario, Daisy, Waluigi and Princess Peach!
