The solution to the previous round can be seen here.

Kanji's Quilting is an logic-based, color-placement puzzle based off of the popular Sudoku using colors instead of numbers! The rules are simple: each 3x3 box, row, and column contains one of each color. Additionally, although you are filling in colors, each color can also be associated with a number.

Thanks for all your help last time! The color I was looking for was Red!

There you are! I've been looking everywhere for you! Miss Kamila is in trouble, and I need your assistance again!! I need to swap a card I found with something else in order to protect her, but they have to be the same color. The bad thing is... I can't see color because I'm a Pomeranian!
Huh, There is actually two cards! I think they got stuck together. Both appear to be girls again, though one doesn't look like the size of a normal human. I thought she was a little bug at first. The other one seems to be interested in bigger doggies, the kind you can ride and go Neeh!!

Can you tell me the color of one of these card so I can help Miss Kamila? I will sniff four cards out for you and bring them back!  If you can tell me both, You will get 4 more cards, for a total of 8 CARDS
(Jun here, I'll be honest, I forgot the first one, i didn't right it on my paper. If you know it, tell me too.) JK I got it now

This round will end Monday, April 24th.

Last round's suspect was Misa Amane from Death Note!

Ah, you must be the new assistant. I am Inspector Alfendi Layton of New Scotland Yard's Mystery Room department. Yes, I am also the son of Professor Layton, though now isn't the time to discuss that. I'm very close to tracking down the prime suspect of the case I'm working on, but I only have a brief description to work off of. Perhaps you can help me discern their identity so I can call them in for questioning?

This Tokyo high school student used to be the star of the track team at his school, but was forced to quit after his leg was broken by his substitute coach and the team disbanded during the aftermath. He has become a rebel ever since, dying his hair blonde and is not afraid to use vulgar language or pick fights with other people, even teachers. He's also one of the original members of a group of thieves who steal people's hearts.

If you can tell me the name of the suspect and the series he comes from, I'll reward you with six random cards.

This round ends on Monday, April 24th!
