This week, Conan wandered into some quack experimental anime about a secret ideological organization that wants to conquer Fukuoka, and then, the world - because the world is corrupt, you see! Except the guy he met doesn't seem too caught up in all of that, honestly, at least not yet. He died in a construction accident, and now his lonely spirit is wandering the world, in hopes of returning to his sexy wife.

Conan didn't get his name, though - the guy was just yelling "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!" at the top of his lungs...
