Anniversary Day 2 - What a wonderful Panday it is today!  


I haven't been a helper mod for very long at all, but this is my tenth month at Colors! It's also my first anniversary here. I want to give a big shout out to all the mods for being so awesome, and an even bigger shout out to the players for being cuter than the mods are! Seriously, working with them is a pain...no, not really, but you're still cuter anyways.

Fourstival~, Fourstival~! Panda’s here in town because he’s heard there’s a festival, a birthday festival. You know what that means, right? Panda bread, panda ice cream, panda candy...and, of course, his favorite food, bamboo! After all, what’s a festival without food? He’s ready and raring to go. As long as he doesn’t have to put forth any effort at all, he’ll gladly eat as much as he wants!

( But there's a problem! )

A day early because I expect no chance to do this tomorrow, alas - but donation limits are reset at Coloring Book, so get back in here, throw some more stuff in the buckets, etc etc!!

Prizes from last week will be a bit longer, I am still out of commission for a few days yet!

As a result from the previous round, this game will be returning to the weekly + monthly challenges! So prizes for the monthly will be handed out with weekly challenges at every round. Thank you for answering!

an idol's acrostic trading post

A troubled idol needs to buy words from you so that he can finish his lyrics! He'll give you a card for every letter you sell to him and a bonus card for every whole word you can provide.

Basically, you need to trade to spell your words! The first letter of either the CARD or the PLAYER you trade with are the letters you use to spell your words. You will have a week to do so.

Once a month there will be a longer phrase that you can work towards to submit for a special prize at the end of the month! The monthly phrase will also include some kind of extra parameter (player trades can only be with red/yellow level players, only even numbered cards, etc)

For example if the word of the week is DESK. To get a 'D' I can trade with Delitan or I can trade the card defeated07. For trading cards you can either be the person trading the card AWAY or the person RECEIVING the card.

For player trades though you MUST trade with someone else. So I can't use 'Sammich' for the letter 'S'.

You cannot reuse the same player/card in one week. If the word is "EYE" you need TWO different players or cards that start with 'E'. You may not reuse a trade/card from a weekly challenge to fulfill the monthly challenge.

Trades must be warm colored cards - so the card that matches the letter should be either red, orange, yellow or brown! (If you're using a player name, either card may be warm. If you're trading a special card, only one of the colors has to be warm). For the punctuation, you will need to trade a card that is green - colored (either of them).

Getting the full phrase without the apostrophe will earn you 24 random cards; including the punctuation will earn you a bonus crayon!

the exception is for the monthly task, where only trades dated between 6/2-6/30 will count
* the date completed. So if you start a trade on the 31st and it ends on the 4th it's fine to use. However if you start a trade on the 9th and it ends on the 11th it would not count. This is mostly to prevent trades from hanging over too far into the next week, I know it might be a little rushed that way but remember even if you can't get the whole word you can still get partial credit for most of the word!


This game will be posted on every Monday, at around 8 PM (GMT+2/EET - Helsinki time).

Mama usually associates polar bears with Coca-Cola no thanks to expertly devilish marketing, but she has recently found a show (and also a manga!) with a polar bear that, instead of coercing you into drinking carbonated beverages, is trying to coerce you into consuming scrumptious organic food! To be honest, he runs his own cafe, and Mama can appreciate that!

But Mama thinks it's beginning to get unbearable having to watch such delicious food without making some herself. So she did! She made some ... ah, what is that?



Mama says they make good appetizers, and they have a lot of different names! Ground meat and vegetables are usually stuffed inside thin dough, and then the edges are given their traditional "crimp." Sometimes they are boiled in water, but typically they are fried on one side before being steamed with water. They are almost always served with some kind of dipping sauce!

So do you the name of the food Mama has made? She's counting on you to know it, and if you do, she'll be glad to give you two cards for dessert!

This game will end two weeks from today, June 16th!
