Mama has been watching K-On!! again.... The dish she saw that inspired her to get to cooking is one typically used for anyone who is sick because it is light on the stomach, but it can also be a good breakfast dish with certain additions! There's thousands of variations all across Asia, but Mama thinks she'll stick to the Japanese way of making it: a little part water and a lot of rice. She may throw in some miso stock to flavor the broth, but egg and sausage sounds pretty good!

But, of course, Mama wants to know if you know the name of this dish! She says there can be three possible names: the general name of the dish, the Japanese dish's name, and then the English name. She'll take any of the three!

This game is now closed! The correct answers were okayu, or congee, or rice porridge!
