There has been some confusion, so let's clarify this - last year's Anniversary rules still work, so if you collect all 20 Celebration cards, but don't want an instant mastery of a deck, you can ask for 20 random cards instead!

To put it in numbers, you can say that a Celebration card is actually worth 2 cards - itself and the card you will get for mastering this deck. Since this year there's no way to NOT get a card when answering, there's no point in trading those cards away to someone else. So please, don't use those cards in places like Art Studio or Switch it Up as well, because it just wouldn't make any sense!
