Pot of Gold 97
Introduction
Pot of Gold is a monthly game. The objective of the Pot of Gold is to complete different 'tasks' that will be different every month. You'll get small rewards for completing them individually, but receive bonuses if you manage to complete all of them. How much of the rainbow can you complete?
This month's theme is... Sailor Moon!
Rules
☆ Everything collected and turned in for these tasks must be done and logged in between January 1st and February 1st. You get one month and one month only, use it wisely.☆ When commenting here after completing a task, make sure you label your subject with Completed:, as well as the number of the task you finished.
☆ Please give me a link to your logs with every comment you make. Also, make sure you link me all the stuff that I need to check.
☆ I will be able to pass out most of the prizes (excluding the grand prize) before the end of the month, so please tell me (with a note in your comment) if you want them earlier.
☆ Pot of Gold tasks can only be turned in when the round is open, so that means that after 12:01 PM GMT on February 1st, you can't turn in anything even if your tasks were completed and logged in the correct time!
☆ You can format your comment however you prefer. Veth has posted a lovely code here that you can use if you'd like.
☆ If you are using a coupon for your rewards - please link it somewhere I can see so that I can process it when giving out rewards!
Red Task
As the trainee scout who fights for Love & Justice, Sailor Chibi Moon is always working hard to live up to her namesake. As the crown princess of Earth, it's not an easy task, but she always goes above and beyond! Let's see if you can grow in your strengths just like her.
Task: Level up once OR gain 100 cards.
Reward: 10 random cards + 1 crayon
Orange Task
As the scout of Love & Passion, Sailor Mars is devout in her spirituality and wants to bring you luck on this New Year. She says that if you make a resolution and work hard towards your dreams, then they'll come true. Might as well try it!
Task: Spell RESOLUTION with cards you earn during the month of January. Cards must start with each letter and you'll lose them.
Reward: 20 random cards + 1 crayon
Yellow Task
The scout of Love & Beauty, Sailor Venus, is always one step ahead. A lot depends on her when it comes to being by Sailor Moon's side, and there isn't a lot of room for mistakes in her duties. But that's okay, because her talent and skill knows no bounds. She'd like for you to master a few new things, too!
Task: Master at least 2 decks OR 1 deck if you're in the Primary tier.
Reward: 5 random cards + 3 crayons
Green Task
As the senshi of Love & Courage, Sailor Jupiter is very strong. She didn't get it for nothing, though. She's always very active! Always training and working to be the best version of herself. Don't look now, but she wants you to be active, too! Let's see some movement! C'mon, kids!Task: Participate in 20 games this month.
Reward: 10 random cards + 2 crayons
Blue Task
As the scout of Love & Intelligence, Sailor Mercury is always eager to learn something new. She loves to learn! Her research skills are top notch, her favorite subjects are math and science, and she wants to be a doctor some day! She hopes you have big goals in the future, too. Task: Talk about something you want to learn this year! Whether that be a new skillset, something you've been putting off, or even that recipe that's been sitting in the kitchen drawer for a decade, all things are valid here.
Reward: 5 new release cards
Purple Task
The senshi of Love & Justice, Sailor Moon, has a real knack for bringing people together. She doesn't know how she does it, it just comes naturally, but making friends is one of her hobbies! Here, she'll show you how it's done.Task: Trade with 20 people this month.
Reward: 15 random cards + 1 crayon
Brown Task
As the Guardians of the Underworld & Silence respectively, Sailors Pluto and Saturn are keepers of incredibly important duties to not just the Moon Kingdom but to reality itself. Their commitment and determination is nothing short of inspiring, so let's try to perform some services for ourselves, too.Task: Use at least 5 services this month. Masteries, Levels, Art Shop, Recycled Art, etc etc are all valid.
Reward: 5 random cards + 1 crayon
Gray Task
One would think that the Guardian of the Heavens & the Guardian of the Deep Sea wouldn't have a lot in common, but Sailors Uranus and Neptune share a love that can conquer even time and space. They want others to share in this love, too, so they hope you're in the giving mood.Task: Gift 10 people this month.
Reward: 10 random cards + 2 crayons
Rewards
☆ You can earn up to a total of 75 random cards, 5 new release cards, and 11 random crayons for completing the tasks for this month.
☆ Completing all the tasks will earn you an additional 20 random cards, 5 random crayons and the GRAND PRIZE!
☆ GRAND PRIZE B: +10 random new release cards with 5 uses**
* Let the mods know you're using the RA coupon via the comment section of the trade form. Can be used for 5 separate weeks. Cannot be stacked into 1 week.
** Submit this coupon to Art Shop to get 10 random cards from the latest release. Can only be used 5 times. Can be stacked if you're an absolute mad man.
