I don't have a lot to announce this month, other than what you've heard already - after reading your responses at last month's release post, we decided to increase the number of character cards you can take to 10.

October also means Pokemon Halloween will be here soon. Have you seen the Halloween event that was held at Colors two years ago? If we were to have another Halloween event this year, what would you like to see there? Answer and you can take a bonus card with deckname that starts with H!

I think that something similar for the Halloween event would be cool! I wasn't around for the first one, but the idea looks really cute and I would be up for playing around with such a cute idea. I'm not sure if I would like for it to be something huge, but cute journal trick-or-treating would be really fun.

like a lot of players, i wasn't around for the first halloween event but i'd would love for it to return or really, just any kind of event/game for halloween (my favorite holiday can you tell). not only are the pixel candies really cute (what? that's important) but it would be a fun way to interact with other players and would most likely promote a lot trading as well.

As for the question, I'm not sure what kind of Halloween event I have in mind, but I bet it'll be fun. Perhaps something like Battle of the Bands, only like... Battle of the Sweets, a.k.a a game where people can find the most "candies" on the site and whoever gets the most wins a lot of crayons or something. Or maybe something to encourage creativity, like donating lots of black and orange-themed graphics for the site!

I also love the idea of helping other people to get something.
Since it is a trick OR treat, there should be room for a choice there.
I really like Beauty Pageant, so maybe you could just give a candy to trick-or-treaters or you could ask them to link you a Halloween/trick-themed picture before they can ge it? (Even though we probably get that kind of round in the game as well ^^') Or to do some other little task for you. Nothing too hard obviously. With so many players we should probably ask everyone to do their own Halloween entry to their journal/colors_trade, where people could come to trick or treat them. And if someone does not want to participate, they wouldn't have to.
And if we have the colored candies again, the color should be determined by your level. So if you are Red/Strawberry/Ruby/etc, you can give only red candies to people. Not sure, how uneven it would be, but I think it would give more meaning to the color of the candy you can give out.

I wasn't member a year ago and I'm not quite sure if I understood completely that last years event but at least it seems cute and fun. I would love to have some kind of halloween themed game/event this year too! In Finland we don't really even celebrate halloween but some halloween related things are fun ^^ And I would be in love if there could be scrapbook with witch hats or something sometimes! x3

Since I only just joined this year I haven't seen any of the events here, but that Halloween event? That looks like so much fun and I would love love love to see something like that happen again this year! Trick or treating is always fun~. I just wish I could think of something to contribute integrands to ideas. ._. If that answer was okay I'll pick my card later today and edit my comment then!
