Pot of Gold 143
Introduction
Pot of Gold is a monthly game. The objective of the Pot of Gold is to complete different 'tasks' that will be different every month. You'll get small rewards for completing them individually, but receive bonuses if you manage to complete all of them. How much of the rainbow can you complete?This month's theme is... Fire Force!
Rules
☆ Everything collected and turned in for these tasks must be done and logged in between May 1st and June 3rd. You get one month and one month only, use it wisely.☆ When commenting here after completing a task, make sure you label your subject with Completed:, as well as the number of the task you finished.
☆ Please give me a link to your logs with every comment you make. Also, make sure you link me all the stuff that I need to check.
☆ I will be able to pass out most of the prizes (excluding the grand prize) before the end of the month, so please tell me (with a note in your comment) if you want them earlier.
☆ Pot of Gold tasks can only be turned in when the round is open, so that means that after 12:01 PM GMT on June 3rd, you can't turn in anything even if your tasks were completed and logged in the correct time!
☆ You can format your comment however you prefer. Veth has posted a lovely code here that you can use if you'd like.
☆ If you are using a coupon for your rewards - please link it somewhere I can see so that I can process it when giving out rewards!
Red Task
Princess Hibana is the captain of Company 8. One of her skills is creating these beautiful flower-like flames she calls Clematis. She used to even show off her beautiful flowers to others when she was younger. Maybe we should show her some of our flowers as well?Task: Bring in 5 cards that either have flowers in the image, or a flowery deck name. (ex: flowertalk04, rose-tai09). Cards must be obtained in May. You will lose these cards.
Reward: 10 random cards
Orange Task
Maki is much more than a pretty face, she is also a buff pyrokinetic as well. For fun, she can create little sentient fireballs called 'Pusu Pusu'. As cute as that may be, she can create quite a fiery storm when needed as well. Especially once she puts her little fireballs into her Iron Owls gantlets. All this talk of fire is getting me pumped up! 🔥 🔥 🔥Task: Participate in 10 games this month.
Reward: 20 random cards
Yellow Task
As a sister from the Holy Sol Temple, Iris has been assisting Company 8. If someone(s) becomes an infernal, she will send them a prayer to help give them a peaceful passage into the next life. It sounds like some hard work for someone not fully trained as a Fire Force. We should give our prayers and help with passing on to the next life (level) as well.Task: Level up once OR gain 100 cards this month.
Reward: 6 random crayons
Green Task
There is a rumor that has been spread around for years that Kusakabe Shinra killed his mother and brother. After all, Shinra was giving a devilish grin when they found him. However, unknown to these people, Shinra can't help but grin when he is nervous and sometimes it comes out at the wrong time. Sometimes, people are hard to read and everyone struggles expressing or reading others.Task: Is there something you do that you think gets perceived differently than others? Blue Task
Squinting your eyes, you see a young blonde man with glistening armor, a sword sharp enough to pierce a dragon, and seems to be riding on a majestic horse. Wait, looking closer… you're mistaken; It's just a guy larping on a broom and taking the knight role REALLY seriously. It seems delusional, but for the moment, the image of a silvery knight was pretty impressive.Task: Master two COOL colored decks (Green, Blue, Purple, Gray). Primary members only need to master one deck of any color (no limitation).
Reward: 8 new release cards and 6 random crayons
Purple Task
Inca is definitely not a Fire Force member, in fact she is a bit mischievous, as she goes around black-mailing folks for money during scary and dangerous moments in their lives. It's not an honorable profession, but she is strong in her desires, chasing them even if it's not the best path to go down. I think we can relate, sometimes you have to CHASE SOMEONE DOWN to get what you want.Task: Trade with 10 players this month.
Reward: 10 new release cards
Brown Task
Obi is a staple member of Company 8, always there at the front lines ready to help, despite not having any Ignition ability himself. Don't write him off as weak though, Obi is often seen working out, even in the middle of casual conversations. Obi really takes his muscle training seriously, so we should show some support 💪! Task: Bring in cards spelling MUSCLES. Cards must start with the letter and be obtained in May. You will lose these cards.
Reward: 14 random cards and 3 random crayons
Gray Task
That non-chalant man over there is Benimaru, the captain of Company 7. He seems pretty laid back, someone who enjoys a celebration, especially after or even during a strong fight. This actually seems to keep his area happy, as everyone there seems to love their captain. Well if he plans on throwing a party, we should work helping set up. Task: Use at least 5 services this month. Art Shop, Art Studio, Recycled Art, Donations, Masteries, Levels, Activity Rewards, or others will be accepted. Jun I respect you and this is a perfectly valid topic but what if I didn't talk about how my autism has led to me to making many mistakes, hurting people I cared about deeply, and losing a great deal of my friends because of my own stupid actions. Like what if I didn't cry this morning.

This is the kind of thing where I'm sure I've done this lots but when asked I can't think of any specific examples... I think I'm pretty good at reading people most of the time but I do tend to overthink conversations after the fact and worry that I was wrong, but I don't remember any times that that worry has turned out to be true I don't think.

There's a lot of time I've meant one thing and it being interpreted as something else and vis versa. Most notablity with my raid leader in Final Fantasy 14. One thing that people say about 14 player is that we can't read, and we don't beat the allegations. There was yesterday, where my raid leader said they wiped in a raid because a dps got petrified and no one else could kill their add. I took it as him saying there's no way to kill the add even if the dps died as long as they took their tower and I started saying that was wrong, you could still kill the add if the tethered dps died. He then told me that yes, if the guy had died they could dps it, but he didn't died. He meant that no one could kill someone elses add as long as they were alive. I don't know why I immediately equated petrified to dead. :S

I think my family thinks I'm more apathetic then I actually am because when they try to talk about politics/world events to me I just say "I don't care". I do actually care, just in the opposite direction of them and I don't want to deal with them.
