Hello everyone, and welcome back to Seiyuu Guess! Our host for this game is Shizuka, a rookie seiyuu who's still learning the tricks of the trade! She's been provided with a description, image, and clip of a certain character, and it's up to you to help her figure out who voices them.
When the Tearmoon Empire is hit with the one-two punch of famine and financial ruin, its citizens revolt, and this girl, the First Imperial Princess, is imprisoned. For three long years, she wastes away in a dark, dank cell before she's finally executed in front of an eager crowd...but then she wakes up. The whole thing was just an incredibly vivid dream! Or so she thinks, until she finds the blood-soaked diary she'd kept, detailing exactly how she ended up on the chopping block. She takes her second chance at life and focuses it entirely on not getting guillotined again, and if that involves things like responsible budgeting, implementing a social welfare system, and being (gasp) nice to people, then so be it. Let's hear the clip...
"Noooo! M-M-M-My neck! My neck! My neck! I-It's intact... My head is still attached... Hm? I'm a...child? ... M-My goodness. I ought to know nothing like that could happen. Ohoho! What a silly dream. How childish of me. How could I ever think that was real... Oh?" My execution date draws near. I'm scared. So scared. I don't want to die. What did I do that was so wrong? Was it the "let them eat meat" thing? No, no, no, no, no, please. I don't want to die. I don't want to die-- "Nooo!"
