colors_tcg | Switch it up 46! Week 2!

Thanks for everyone who left suggestions for new special pile restrictions. And if anyone else has any other ideas please feel free to let me know. My only restrictions are that the idea is broad enough that there are at least 40-50 decks that would fit the restriction since I need to pull the cards from the randomizer manually and there has to be enough options for people to trade in cards without allowing multiple cards from one deck.

Reminders
-You get to switch from each pile once per week but they must be ~24 hrs between requests
-If you want a card from the Special Pile you'll need to trade in another card from a Special Deck. (See here here for a full list)
