Because it's so unbearably hot, I started trying out more cold desserts I've never made before that require little or no baking. Just last night I made a lime icebox cake. Last week I made a peanut butter pie, that was pretty good and extremely easy to make. I did need to use the oven and stove to make the crust but it was like 7 minutes or so. I'm looking forward to having watermelon also! I always get one for 4th of July.

I love swimming, but I haven't been able to in a long time. There's a lot of factors keeping me from just getting up and going to the pool, but I'd like to go swimming again soon.
