Spare Parts 71



Hello everyone and welcome to another round Spare Parts! Tsubasa and I are here to examine some gadgets, robots, and the like while Rotom and Skie are gone! And I barely made it too...



Whoa, this thing looks pretty loaded. It also looks like it's been used quite a lot. Perhaps from being used in some kind of battle? Or even a melee of battles. According to the note that came with it, the item can be fired rapidly or charged up to shoot at opponents. Give me the name of the item and the series in which it's been featured in for 2 random cards.
