Hello everyone, and welcome back to Seiyuu Guess! Our host for this game is Shizuka, a rookie seiyuu who's still learning the tricks of the trade! She's been provided with a description, image, and clip of a certain character, and it's up to you to help her figure out who voices them.
Hiromi Nozawa is really going through it lately. Her grandmother just passed away, her mom works late every night, her dad's constantly out of the country on business, and she's crushing hard on her tutor...who's engaged. That'd be a lot for anyone to handle, let alone a sixth grader! As much as she tries to keep a brave face on things, she's desperately lonely. Her only reliable companion is this little guy, her pet Schnauzer. Like other pet owners, she talks to him about her problems, but unlike other pets, he actually talks back! Let's hear the clip...
"It couldn't be helped. Especially after seeing that."
"[Character name], you think I should tell him the truth? I mean, that Chie-san has another boyfriend?"
"Yeah. Why don't you?"
"But then, Keisuke-san would feel awful."
"Then don't tell him."
"But then he'd keep seeing her, without knowing she was two-timing. Oh, I wish I'd never followed her. If I hadn't seen it, I wouldn't be in this mess."
"I think you should tell him the truth."
"Yeah?"
"Yup. If you tell him the truth, he'll break up with her. People are like dogs; they don't like breaking up."
"Yeah, I guess."
"This is what I'm getting at. How do you think Keisuke-san would feel if you were nice to him then?"
("Hiromi-chan, I... I love you!")
"I see your point."
"Right?"
"But you know..."
"What? No go?"
"It's not that, but it would be more for my own sake than his, wouldn't it?"
"Hm, I guess."
"I don't like that. It's not fair."
"Well, excuse me for being an unfair dog. That was the best idea I could come up with."
