Izaya's Information Exchange 35



Today Izaya wants to be a special hipster. Bring him some special cards!


RULES
1. You may donate 2 cards per week
2. New week starts on Friday, I'll remind you of it if there are any slots left
3. The prize is 2 random cards for every card donated
4. Izaya accepts special cards this week. No character cards allowed!
5. Only one card from one deck can be donated!
6. VERY IMPORTANT! Once all the fillers in this post are filled, the round is closed even if two weeks haven't passed yet! Your speed is also a factor in this game!

(I'm using the Black filler since it's pretty okay? okay D:)
