Hello everyone, and welcome back to Seiyuu Guess! Our host for this game is Shizuka, a rookie seiyuu who's still learning the tricks of the trade! She's been provided with a description, image, and clip of a certain character, and it's up to you to help her figure out who voices them.
It's October, and you know what that means: spooky season is officially here! Let's count down the thirty-one days of Halloween at Seiyuu Guess with some rounds featuring all manner of ghouls, goblins, and other creatures that go bump in the night!
This week we have a prime example of a classic Halloween monster: a vampire. You know the type: pale, fangs, nocturnal, bloodsucking, all that jazz. But this one's a bit different. No, he doesn't sparkle; he's just a giant weeb who's too busy playing games and watching anime to bother with that whole "seducing beautiful maidens" thing. But by some random stroke of luck, a human girl named Fuyumi shows up on his Demon World doorstep. Unfortunately, by some equally random stroke of bad luck, she dies before he has a chance to pepper her with questions about the latest entries of his favorite series. Dying in Demon World means Fuyumi gets to stick around as a ghost, but our boy isn't satisfied. He makes a blood oath to bring her back to life, no matter the cost. Let's hear the clip...
You know what a vampire is? That's right. It's that monster who wears a stand-up collar cape and goes around at night...sucking human blood. And that's me, a descendent of the vampire. "Damn, I messed up! This is why I hate games with passwords! Whoa, easy there..." I love stuff made by humans. Especially the ones from Japan. They have my total respect. That's why I can't imagine leaving this place to go to the human world to feed on their blood. Huh? Where is this place? ...This is the demon world. From what I hear, my ancestors used to go around sucking human blood. But if you ask me, that's crazy. I mean, I hear that the sun is really strong in the human world. Plus, you need money and a passport to go there. Besides, I may not look it, but I'm quite busy.
