Welcome to Colors Chat, where you can chat with your fellow Colors TCG members! For your response to the topic, you'll receive a card rainbow! As a general rule, responses should be around 5 sentences, but if you're a little short that's fine as long as your response is thoughtful. What video games are you playing at the minute? Are you having fun? Do you have a favourite game you just can't leave alone? Do you not like video games? Do you watch people play them on YouTube or Twitch etc? What kind of game is your favourite? What games are you looking forward to playing/watching?

I was just playing through Monster Train before I put it down to do Colors stuff. I love video games! Turn-based video games specifically, I suck at real-time. I've been playing Super Robot Wars 30 and having a great time even though I haven't watched, like, any of the related anime. Also Fate/Grand Order has me in a chokehold. Also Fire Emblem... most of my donated series are video games actually...

right now i've been caught up in the honkai star rail craze and i've neglected genshin LMAO. it's a lot of fun!! the voice acting is really great (i'm in english dub rn) and the combat system and characters are all really appealing. i appreciate that they're not all skinny twinks like in genshin even tho i love my genshin boys. a game i could keep on coming back to would have to be shadows of the colossus, the music + mechanics + the epicness of it all makes it a really great experience overall and it never gets old for me. and also horror games, i love horror games so much even if i'm too baby to play them (that's a part of the experience!!)

I FEEL YOU ON BEING TOO BABY TO PLAY HORROR GAMES... i love horror so much, and it's such an interesting genre in general and people get so creative with it, but also i am an absolute weenie. i usually have to get one of my friends to play horror games so i can sit there and watch and yell a lot.

also it's been so long since i've thought of shadow of the colossus but what a good game! it's so effective at what it sets out to do and the ending made me feel so many Emotions; i played it for the first time with my little brother and we went from YES, TAKING DOWN GIANT BEASTS to Real Melancholy Vibes over the course of the game.

i downloaded honkai star rail recently... i'm not very far because i can only play on my phone right now, but at least the turn-based mechanics make it easier than genshin to play on my phone. i imagine i'll play more star rail once it's ported over to the ps4 like genshin is, but for now it's nice to play a little bit on my phone during work. i'm still playing genshin too!

i'm also replaying persona 5 royal. it's one of my favorite games honestly, so i got it for the switch so i can play it when i'm out and about. i bring my switch when i'm camping and stuff, so it was worth buying the game again so i can play it anytime. and i'm not playing it yet of course, but i did just preorder tears of the kingdom and i can't wait to drop everything and play it

Right now I'm playing a few games~ I'm big on gacha games and MMOs. Epic Seven, FGO, Honkai Star Rail, Arknights, Higan (thinking about dropping this tho), League occasionally still, Stardew Valley & FFXIV are the ones coming to the top of my head atm! I kind of hyperfixate though, so it can change randomly.

I will always return to FFXIV and Stardew Valley; as these two games are near and dear to my heart with alot of extra tasks I can do no matter what mood I'm in! I enjoy playing but really watching is my favorite. I watch streams pretty consistently, if not everyday (sometimes just on in the background!)

stardew valley is one i return to over and over again too. i have 400+ hours in pretty much just one file; i tried starting a new farm, but i keep going back to my first one and just continuing to improve it. i'm excited to see what new content there's going to be in the next patch!

The new Zelda game is coming out really soon...! I'm super excited for it, I legitimately lost myself in the world of Breath of the Wild so, so much and I have so many good memories of playing it with friends and sharing discoveries. I was supposed to be at a work event the day and weekend it came out but that got postponed, so that's A Sign if I've ever seen one tbh.

Other than that, I play a lot of rhythm games! I found a bunch of arcades near me and I got really into arcade rhythm games a few years back. My favorite console rhythm games are Project Diva and Groove Coaster, my favorite mobile one is Arcaea, and my favorite arcade games are Wacca (rip) and Sound Voltex. I even bought an arcade controller for Sound Voltex and Project Diva and it was totally worth it.

Aaaand I like cozy games like Atelier or Story of Seasons/Rune Factory too; they're perfect to play at night, especially curled up in bed on Switch. I play a ton of different genres but I just really like games, haha.

I'm currently playing Limbus Company and I just finished Danganronpa: LIVe or Die! I'm all caught up on LC's story so now I'm just grinding for the battle pass, but I'm very excited to see what happens next. DR:LoD was very fun for me too, I missed playing Danganronpa and it got me inspired to work on my own fangan again :) I thought the ending was really satisfying and the characters grew on me too, especially Ryo!

I'd say my favorite games are Persona 5R, Hades and Your Turn to Die, my favorite genre is Mystery VNs but I also love RPGmaker games in general. I'm probably going to go finish Neon White Next! It's really fun (great OST too, love Machine Girl) it's just hard to pick it up again because I'm going for all dev medals and it's a bit tedious to keep figuring out new ways of cutting down my time.. some days I even procrastinate on playing video games >_>

At the minuet I am still juggling some Elden Ring (for achiveos) esp before DLC drop, as well as replaying Rockman.EXE collection, occassional Resident Evil picking... Ect. I am dabbling in a lot atm, and ofc I restarted a few older games like FF7 again hehe. I play them on twitch often but i like to play for myself.

Right now I'm not really playing anything besides a few mobile games, but the new Zelda drops soon and I'm definitely getting into that! I'm more of a play a bunch of different games kind of person, so I tend not to linger on one game after being done with it. I love video games, especially ones that can just suck you in for a while with how good and engaging they are. I also like watching people playing them, recently I'm watching a Fire Emblem streamer doing interesting challenge run, and a Youtuber playing Kirby. My personal favourite is Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of games (well, it's kind of one game in three versions, but Time was the first one I played and Sky has the biggest improvements so I can't pick either). It was one of the first games that made me cry and I love the story and characters and music. It left a big impact on me as kid and I still remember it fondly and if I were to replay it I would probably still enjoy it (remakes when?). As I mentioned before, I'm really looking forward to playing the new Zelda, but Pikmin 4 is also looking great. Oh yeah, Hollow Knight Silksong when it finally comes out is going to be fun as well, I loved the first game.

Have You Heard About The Hit Mobile Game Arknights From The Company Yostar Games (i prommy this is the only time i will mention it in this comment)

I've been mostly playing mobile games recently like everyone else. I got my Fate/Grand Order account back recently! I missed a lot of stuff because my phone factory reset itself :< but I'm excited to get caught up on the story before LB6. Aside from mobile games I've been playing the Miku picross game that dropped a few months ago, it's pretty good if you like picrosses; I like that the art you unlock is not 100% Miku focused despite the title.

I'm in the market for a JRPG so maybe I'll replay Trails in the Sky 1 or start Sky 2... I like long games and puzzle games. I love watching other people play games too, especially horror games as I'm too pussy to play them myself lmao. When it comes to horror I love anime/manga/books/movies, but games give me too much control.

I WAS playing Persona 5 Royal but I keep getting distracted by Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail lmao. Collectible blorbo games.... I've also been unfortunately playing Overwatch for several years and I am still playing Overwatch though I'm still mad they made it impossible to get any decent cosmetics for free now they switched to being F2P.

The last game I actually beat was Pokemon Violet! Which was the first Pokemon game I've finished in its entirety since *checks notes* Pokemon Crystal. I know people had a lot to complain about it haha but I really enjoyed it! I didn't lose interest at all (which is normally what happens with me and Pokemon) and the new Pokemon were great, the character designs were awesome, I loved seeing the Pokemon roam around on the overworld map. Please look at my team I love them very much. (Shoutout to the Pyroar I had to grind like 30 levels solely in order to defeat the Steel-type girl at the end I am very much a "your team is your faves" and not a "your team is a balanced set of types" player lol)
