Hello everyone, and welcome back to Seiyuu Guess! Our host for this game is Shizuka, a rookie seiyuu who's still learning the tricks of the trade! She's been provided with a description, image, and clip of a certain character, and it's up to you to help her figure out who voices them.
It's October, and you know what that means: spooky season is officially here! Let's count down the thirty-one days of Halloween at Seiyuu Guess with some rounds featuring all manner of ghouls, goblins, and other creatures that go bump in the night!
As a young orphan, Ouri Kagami was taken in by a friendly monk named Keisei who raised him as his younger brother. One night, years later, he stumbles upon a disturbing scene: this girl, lying bloody and battered on the floor of Keisei's shrine. Ouri's certain she's dead, but then a similarly wounded Keisei arrives and, embracing her, brings her back to life. Well, kind of. She's actually something called a Shikabane Hime: an undead assassin who is contracted to kill her fellow zombies. Let's hear the clip...
"You kids are..."
"Shikabane."
"Shikabane?"
"Those who die with intense regrets gain an immortal body and become active. They are what we call Shikabane. That child died in an accident, but she didn't have a scratch on her. You didn't think that was strange?"
"You came back to life and move around too. Are you also a Shikabane?"
"A Shikabane is death itself. That's why they bring death upon people. I'm someone who fights against that death. An immortal who kills immortals. I'm a Shikabane Hime!"
"Let's play... Let's play... Let's play... Let's play... Let's play!"
"Shikabane won't die until their brains are destroyed or their bodies are completely torn to pieces. Are you ready?"
