Seiyuu Guess 529
Last week's answer was Santa from Itsudatte My Santa!, voiced by Jun Kamei!

Hello everyone, and welcome back to Seiyuu Guess! Our host for this game is Shizuka, a rookie seiyuu who's still learning the tricks of the trade! She's been provided with a description, image, and clip of a certain character, and it's up to you to help her figure out who voices them.

In a picture-book village just outside Antwerp lives this boy, his grandfather, and his dog Patrasche. The three of them don't have much, but they do have each other. Oftentimes they're visited by Alois, a sweet little girl whose rich father owns property nearby. Although their stations in life couldn't possibly be more different, they're close friends, and she frequently serves as inspiration for his drawings. Art is his passion; whenever he's in the city, he stops by the cathedral, wishing he had the money required to view the Rubens paintings inside. One day he learns of an art contest being held with a prize of 200 francs and free admission to art school. Let's hear the clip... NOTE: I'm looking for this character's seiyuu from the 1997 movie version!
"It's beautiful!"
"Watch out, Alois."
"Pretty flowers..."
"Every spring, the flowers come out like this. You don't notice it since you ride in the coach."
"I didn't know that."
"[Character name], we'll be up ahead."
"Okay! ... That's right."
"What's the matter, [character name]?"
"This is the spot where Patrasche was lying."
"Huh? Then, [character name], you found Patrasche here?"
"Yes, among red flowers, just like these. ... The man who owned Patrasche was terrible. He made him work so hard and didn't even give him water."
("Get up, Patrasche. You're useless! Go now!")
"I didn't know that. Patrasche had such a terrible time..."
"Patrasche! Here's some water."
"Patrasche is so happy that you rescued him."
Tell Shizuka the character's name, their seiyuu, and what film they're from for fifteen random cards!
This round ends Monday, January 3, 2022.
