Seiyuu Guess 482
Last week's answer was Caiman from Dorohedoro, voiced by Wataru Takagi!

Hello everyone, and welcome back to Seiyuu Guess! Our host for this game is Shizuka, a rookie seiyuu who's still learning the tricks of the trade! She's been provided with a description, image, and clip of a certain character, and it's up to you to help her figure out who voices them.

After a particularly nasty breakup, this woman goes out to drown her sorrows, unloading all of her frustrations about men and dating and life in general on the complete stranger sitting next to her at the bar. The next morning she wakes up, has a good cry, and, totally over it, heads off to her job at a curry shop. She's going about her day, updating the store's blog and serving customers, when what comes over the radio but...her own voice? Ranting and raving about her ex?! She jumps in her car, heads on over to Moiwayama Radio Station, and busts on up in the studio. Turns out last night's bar mate is a radio director who was rather taken with her unique voice and, uh, personality. So taken, in fact, that he offers to give her her own radio show. Let's hear the clip...
"Ah! Hello! Everyone! You just endured through my never-ending drunken blabber. But this idiot made a huge mistake! I didn't mean to disrespect the men of Fukuoka at all! I believe there's nothing crueler than the act of categorizing people. Kyushu guys are dominant, Hokkaido-borns are stubborn, Tokyo-borns are cold, blood type Bs are shit! Those statements strip out any possibility of understanding an individual! I dismissed my ex's behavior by surrenduring to the man's society. It was the easy way out! By categorizing and giving up, I didn't have to deal with facing his flaws. I'm pretty sure he treated me the same as well. As a result, he left me by practically committing a crime! Have you heard of a more tragic relationship? I've decided! No matter where my next partner is from, I will never let boring stereotypes prevent me from experiencing them as a unique individual!"
"The passion of youth..."
"And please let me say one last thing... Mitsuo! I will kill you even if I have to chase you down to the ends of the earth!"
Tell Shizuka the character's name, their seiyuu, and what series they're from for six random cards!
