Seiyuu Guess 450

Hello everyone, and welcome back to Seiyuu Guess! Our host for this game is Shizuka, a rookie seiyuu who's still learning the tricks of the trade! She's been provided with a description, image, and clip of a certain character, and it's up to you to help her figure out who voices them.
In the distant future, when humanity has conquered the stars and colonized far-flung planets, one cherished vestige of the present remains: bureaucracy. The Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs, or GOTT, was formed as a kind of universal agency to keep the peace among various planetary governments. But sometimes those diplomatic efforts require a more...forceful sort of persuasion, if you catch my drift. This is the job of GOTT's special ES force: highly trained, super-powered youth that work together in pairs to take down the corrupt and the criminal. These girls form one such pair. Let's hear the clip...
"You're bothering Donnerschlag."
"That's not true, right? Being chased after by such a large number, and having to fight against those who used to be our friends... It makes you feel a lot worse than you'd expect, huh?"
"Do you regret it?"
"I don't regret anything! I didn't do anything wrong!"
"In that case, feeling sorry for yourself now over things that have already happened won't bring anything about. Instead, let's check over every part of La Muse now, so that we'll be ready if we're discovered at any time."
"How do we do that?"
"This planet has any number of maintenance parts floating over it. We didn't escape all the way to this frontier region just for the seclusion. Right then, let's be quick about it, please!"
"Thanks. [Character name], if you, Donnerschlag, and La Muse weren't here, I don't think I could have gotten away."
"There's no time to be despondent now. It's time for one of the unmanned Islands to pass by near here."
Tell Shizuka both characters' names, both of their seiyuu, and what series they're from for twelve random cards and a random crayon!
