Hello everyone, and welcome back to Seiyuu Guess! Our host for this game is Shizuka, a rookie seiyuu who's still learning the tricks of the trade! She's been provided with a description, image, and clip of a certain character, and it's up to you to help her figure out who voices them.
The past few rounds of Seiyuu Guess have featured characters from shows released in 2018, but now that 2019 is upon us, let's switch gears! For the next couple months we'll have some throwback rounds with series from 1999 and 2009 - shows that are turning 10 and 20 years old this year! Hard to believe, huh? Yeah...yeah it is. orz
Precure is all the rage nowadays, but back in 1999 this was the new magical girl on the block! She's just your normal high school girl who uses a magical item to transform into her secret identity, yada yada yada. But this magical girl doesn't fight crime - she commits it! She's a phantom thief who, with the help of her angel-in-training friend Finn Fish, steals beautiful paintings, vases, gems, etc. It's all for a good cause; her targets have all been possessed by demons, and only by stealing these artifacts can she thwart the Devil's evil plans. Let's hear the clip...
"Even if I'm called a thief or a witch...I'll faithfully do what is right! ... In the name of God! You, a Demon born in darkness...I seal you here! Checkmate!"
