Hello everyone, and welcome back to Seiyuu Guess! Our host for this game is Shizuka, a rookie seiyuu who's still learning the tricks of the trade! She's been provided with a description, image, and clip of a certain character, and it's up to you to help her figure out who voices them.
In an otherwise normal building in an otherwise normal city in Japan, one can find the Spirits and Such Consultation Office, run by self-proclaimed psychic Reigen Arataka. For a very reasonable fee, Reigen guarantees a 99% reduction in your spirit-possession woes (refer a friend for a 5% discount!!). While he might appear shady at first...he is. He's totally shady. But he does have a secret weapon: this kid, an actual, honest-to-god psychic with amazing powers. He's an otherwise normal middle schooler who works for Reigen part time, exorcising spirits for $3 an hour. Let's hear the clip...
"This is it. Well, let's take a look. I, Reigen Arataka, the new star of the paranormal world, shall clean this place up. We're going to exorcise every last one of them, [character name]. ...Hey, my student! What are you doing, [character name]?! You're coming, too! It'll be bad if the sun goes down. [Character name], are you listening?"
"Huh?"
"I'm gonna go melt down a big one, so follow me! Got it?!"
"All right. You seemed to have everything under control, so I didn't think that you'd need my help."
"You idiot! Who do you think is going to exorcise-- Ahem. I mean, this really is nothing for me, but follow me so you can learn something."
"You're truly amazing, Master."
"Huh?"
"This tunnel seems pretty dangerous. I can sense the presence of a very powerful spirit further down. Usually, haunted spots end up being fake, but this is definitely the real deal. If a normal person happened to anger the spirit in here..."
"If they angered it...?"
"They probably wouldn't make it out in one piece."
"...of course not. That's why we're going to exorcise it."
