I do this occasionally, especially if I'm logging stuff for multiple TCGs. If I knew I wasn't going to update immediately, I would put an asterisk (*) by special cards, or cards worth more than two. I don't do this anymore, since I don't sort my trade pile into normal and special sections. :P
