Hello everyone, and welcome back to Seiyuu Guess! Our host for this game is Shizuka, a rookie seiyuu who's still learning the tricks of the trade! She's been provided with a description, image, and clip of a certain character, and it's up to you to help her figure out who voices them.

After an alcohol-fueled hike in the mountains, Kobayashi wakes up the next day to find an honest-to-god dragon on her doorstep. Apparently she had met the dragon the night before and, in her drunken stupor, offered her a place to stay. Feeling guilty about making a promise she doesn't even remember, Kobayashi agrees to let the dragon work as her live-in maid. Soon enough, the dragon on the left is joined by the young dragon on the right, and the three of them begin to form an odd little family. Let's hear the clip...

"Common sense of this society?"
"First, you should learn what you must not do."
"Oh!"
"First, you must honor traffic lights! Otherwise you'll be hit by a car."
"That's what those iron boxes are called? [Character name], you're smart! How do they move?"
"Probably with magic. Apparently you need a device called a 'license' for them."
"Does Kobayashi possess a license? I'd love to try riding in a car!"
"She seems to possess a license, but she doesn't have a car. Apparently it imposes strains called 'vehicle inspections' or 'loans.'"
"I guess power comes at a price in every world. Oh, but it would be really easy if she had you carry her! Why doesn't Kobayashi do that?"
"Right?"
