Shikamaru's stuck on guard duty indoors during a gathering of characters so instead of cloud watching he's turned to shadow watching.
This week, Shikamaru was watching a man running away from some pursuers. Apparently he has a $$60 billion price on his head for supposedly causing huge amounts of destruction, but in reality he would never even hurt a fly...
