Hello everyone, and welcome back to Seiyuu Guess! Our host for this game is Shizuka, a rookie seiyuu who's still learning the tricks of the trade! She's been provided with a description, image, and clip of a certain character, and it's up to you to help her figure out who voices them.
This week we're continuing our anime timeline with an OVA series that began in 1992 and spawned a huge franchise that continues to this day. You might remember it as the show that really started the harem trend, for better or worse, lol.
This guy is a high school student who lives a pretty boring life. The most "excitement" he gets is training with his grandfather at their shrine in the mountains, a shrine that happens to house a demon that was sealed away by his ancestor centuries ago. One day curiosity gets the better of him and he accidentally releases the demon, who turns out to be this girl, a space pirate with a penchant for destruction. His girl troubles escalate when she's joined by an alien princess, her cute little sister, a ditzy Galaxy Police officer, and a genius scientist. Let's hear the clip...
"Why are you...?"
"Hey! I want your balls, please."
"Ah! Y-You mean these?"
"You numbskull! The three jewels on your sword! Otherwise I can't control Ryo-Ohki!"
"Ryo-Ohki?"
"Don't tell me you don't know what that is. It's the other demon in the legend, you dimwit."
"That would mean, if I give the gems to you, you would use them to awaken the other demon."
"No ifs about it. Give them to me."
"No way! You made this mess yourself. You think I want to deal with another monster when you're already blowing things up? That's the last thing I want to see."
"Are you sure about that? The one approaching us right now is even worse."
"Huh? What do you mean?"
