this is the discussion that i was made for, i have so many crushes!!!!

OKAY SO. i am still in way too deep wrt naruto hell, and i have a crush on basically everyone.

first of all have you SEEN ino's hair and her badass demeanour because it genuinely makes me swoon every time. and the same for sakura, i want her to punch me until i shatter into a million pieces. their friendship/rivalry literally gives me so much life and i was rooting for the both of them to grow up to be badass old wimmins together at the end of the series. but i'd have to have both of them as my waifu bc i couldn't possibly pick.

sasuke and naruto are the two kids i roll my eyes at so i wouldnt call my affections for them a crush, but like pretty much everyone ever i have a big stinking crush on kakashi. :T he was the first character i picked up from naruto to rp, so obviously i got sucked in to his backstory and the way his silly old man mind works and i hurt myself too much to not absolutely fall in love with him and his awful charm. >8^C he's that one character that i'm pretty sure it would be awful to have as a husband but idc i want it anyways. i also have a HUGE crush on iruka because teacher/mentor/brother figure feelings make me weak, and his backstory/earned support of naruto still makes me want to cry, its so good...... he's so good. (LOOK AT HIS FLUFFY PONY TAIL I WANT TO SWOOSH IT...)

speaking of a crush pretty much everyone in the entire world has... i only watched FMA:B last year (i think) after a friend enabled me by telling me there was a guy in it who i would definitely!! want to rp, and i was weak to the charm that is roy mustang. i have such a big crush on him. (oddly enough tho i never picked him up as an rp character, i picked scar instead??? weird. i think it's probably because i love him so much i wanna rp with him not as him.. probably... basically what im trying to say is i want to date roy mustang.)

i also have a crush on gino from pyscho-pass because i love angry angsty men and gino is the ANGRIEST ANGSTIEST MAN, he's so awful. usually i have to have a legitimate explanation for my boyz to be awful to people but gino is literally just selfish and inflicts sadness on himself and then explodes and makes others deal with it so its like.. he's totally at fault. BUT HE'S ALSO INCREDIBLY LOYAL AND SO INTELLIGENT AND HE PUTS HIMSELF DOWN WHEN HE REALLY SHOULDNT, AND HE'S FIERCELY PROTECTIVE OF THOSE HE CARES ABOUT AND... AND HE HAS A PET DOG..... and i love it. i love him.

but my husband to top all husbands is azumane asahi from haikyuu. i genuinely get heart flutters whenever i see him, i have it so bad. u_u <3 i have never witnessed a man so soft and gentle and sensitive, but also so fierce and defiant. he makes my heart ache and explode and ugh. ugh i just love him. also who doesn't love a man with a man bun......... *v*

Let me share with you my shame

First up!

Tasuki - Fushigi Yuugi



One of my first serious anime crushes holy hell. He has one of the best character growth arches, he's ridiculous and loyal and so sweet it hurts my heart. He outlives so many of his friends but carries on and urghurhgrguh Tasuki is such a good and 11 y/o me was completely in love.

Maito Gai - Naruto



Ooooh boy. Hands down the first character I was madly in love with, besides Sakura, was Gai-sensei. He's so strong and self sacrificing and works so hard to be a good teacher for his team and urgh. Look at this man, look at that smile, witness how much of a dad he is to /everyone/ of these poor ninja kids and tell me you don't swoon. He get's dealt such a naff hand in the final arch of the manga and deserved better tbh. I will always fight for Gai.

Matsukawa Issei - Haikyuu!



/sweats/ ahahaah whelp. See now, most people think my crush would be Oikawa, but nope, it's this sleepy looking asshole. I'm still incredibly mad that there's not more info on the rest of the Seijoh boys and that pretty much stems from my Mattsun thirst. He's so deadpan but clearly loves the game and his team and he's just, ugh. I have sO MANY feelings and I just wanna touch his face and yeah. He is such a good and my most recent anime crush and basically just drown me in Issei swag, I have no shame.

Heero Yuy. My first crush since Gundam Wing was my first anime. He's very serious and cold during battle but is actually a very kind-hearted guy.


Then there was KHR. I pretty much had a crush on a lot of the guys there. First it was Hibari and later on Sawada when he got mostly out of his dame phase. And then Giotto and Cozart during the Simon Family arc. And finally Adult Reborn who I still have a huge crush on.

jeanne d'arc (ruler) from fate/ is a precious angel too good for this world, too pure. honestly it's hard to pick between her, brynhildr, and medea for top fate/ wife, though. but jeanne!!


okay so i'm not really a fan of kill la kill, but i LOVE satsuki. i literally just watched the show for her, whoops. she deserves everything good in the world. i love her strength and determination, and her personality is just A+.


joseph joestar (because of course i have to throw jjba in here) is the best jojo okay. though honestly as far as jojo crushes go, kakyoin, josuke and rohan are up there too. WAIT SHIT I SHOULD HAVE PUT TONIO HERE HE'S SO GOOD. i mean joseph is still my favorite jojo but. tonio.


ishimaru is the best dgrp okay. he would never hurt anyone, he just wanted everyone to be safe and have a productive time in school, he works hard and tries his best and succeeds through effort and not natural skill and he DESERVED SO MUCH BETTER SCREAMS INTO THE SUN ABOUT ISHIMARU

So, my first anime crush was probably Rei from Evangelion. I was 14 at that time, perfect age to get in the robot. Some time later there was also CC from Code Geass and Aigis from Persona 3 (who is actually, let's be honest, the Rei to Minato's Shinji, Yukari's Asuka and Ryoji's Kaworu). I was a big kuudere fan at that time ;;


Nowadays, I have tons of crushes, I can't even remember them all. I have some types though, and they're different for different genders.

For boys, my favourites are ususally the cute, delicate-looking boys, like Nagisa from Free, Yumoto from Boueibu, Mikleo from Zestiria, Kuroko and Kise from Kuroko no Basket, Eliot from Dead or Alive, Richard from Graces... Some of them are also cute and innocent, but others are not... and that's cool, I still love them ;;


As for girls, I usually drawn to more confident characters... who would probably totally kick my butt. Examples here are Milla from Xillia, Elizabeth from Persona 3, Eli from Love Live, Tina from Dead or Alive, Cynthia and Elesa from Pokemon and Sonia from Dangan Ronpa. Yeah, they're usually less innocent than most of my male crushes.


You probably notice one similarity, which is blond hair. I have a huge weakness for blond hair, both in fandom and in real life ;;

I HAVE A HAREM. I LOVE LITERALLY EVERYONE IN EVERYTHING. There are small exceptions but yeah. 85%+ of the time I'm like SURE DO LOVE THEM ALL.

like sure some of these guys picked one person from Haikyuu and that's awesome and I am jealous of them because I'm like YOU EXPECT ME TO CHOOSE BETWEEN DAICHI AND SUGA AND TANAKA AND HINATA AND KAGEYAMA HAHA PFFFFFFT AND THAT'S JUST KARASUNO

AND everyone will laugh at me but my forever husbando is Kyon. MAN LIKE. Upon reflection I know the Haruhi anime wasn't even that great, but I don't care. Disappearance exists and it just cemented my love forever of him. This entire scene at the end of Disappearance pretty much destroyed me.

I WILL SAY that if prompted I can choose my favorite from specific fandoms but... it's hard... Usually I'm just like "'x' is the hottest and would probably be the best to have sex with but 'x' would make the actual best boyfriend." you know, it's always a fun time.

Washu from Tenchi Muyo: PROBABLY MY FIRST ANIME CRUSH. I absolutely loved her character, and the role that she played in the series. Tiny child me would get so happy whenever she was on screen.

Asuka from Evangelion: This one is honestly probably more of a squish than a crush. I adore her character, and she's just so badass and GOD I love the way she powers through her issues, even if it's not always for the best sometimes. I wish she was my friend.

Chikaru from Strawberry Panic!: Oh boy, another genuine crush. Her character gave me so many feelings because, whilst so much drama was going on around her, she was always there for people and was generally an excellent character. And her design was just so cute, damn it.

Asahi from Haikyuu: Yoooo probably one of the first anime crushes I've ever had on a dude. He is so soft, sweet, and caring towards all of his friends and he is literally like a puppy and I love him. Also, who could say no to that hair and face fuzz, and sweet lil eyes? I want to give him a cuddle.

Chat Noir from Miraculous Ladybug: SASSY. AMUSING. A CAT GUY. WHAT MORE NEEDS TO BE SAID.

Liara from Mass Effect: Honestly she was my immediate romance option from the very first time and I am still absolutely in love with her. Like, this ain't even a crush. I love that freckly blue alien babe and I'd leap into a gun fight for her any day. I love her character so much, and her romance in the game felt SO FULFILLING. God bless you, Liara T'Soni.

WASHU. tiny child you had good taste, she and ryoko were pretty much tied for my faves though i think ryoko would've won out if i HAD to pick only one.

i haven't done a run in ME where i romance liara yet because i was kind of ehh on her in the first game but she gets so much better in ME2/ME3, her friendship with shep alone was great i kept being like "nooo let me hug/kiss her in these sad scenes i don't care if i didn't romance her before!!" i'm just bitter jack and tali weren't f/f romance options ugh.

BEATRICE my forever girl, wife for life, she's sooo beautiful and i felt so moved by her character she's left a huge impression on me. while she seems terrible & sadistic at first you learn more about her and the way she is & just how many layers there is to her personality. one look at this smile though and you're head over heels. would not mind letting her step on me and making me her furniture mmmmmmm


just including dead master to show how questionable my tastes are. she doesn't even speak a word AT ALL but she's so hot i wouldn't mind letting her step on me and also maybe killing me


i'll list yuri himemiya too since he's the most recent one i've been into. i was disappointed that he wasn't a girl but anyways. it's weird bc the anime didn't really give any background nor is he a fully developed character or anything, he's just a bratty, sassy bitch and his teammates were pretty bad yet he manages to be the least awful of the bunch. but his design is sooo good and hits all of my pings ugh! nice hair and look at those freckles sooooo cute


others i thought i'll mention too: nozomi, junko enoshima, maria (from arakawa), judar, mistress9, haruka, suigintou, berg katze, satsuki kiryuin, eas, mitsuru kirijo, etcetc
also i'm developing a thing for rei sakuma from enstars but like....

Oh man, my first crushes where Snufkin from Moomin and Creamy Mami.



Snufkin was pretty cute but I liked his carefree and strong will, especially when the Moomins were captured and he showed how much of a fighter he was. As for Creamy Mami, I loved how sassy and sexy she was, honestly she was one of the reasons I turned bisexual.

And then, there goes my forever crushes (the ones I will forever adore and even spend money on merch):



First I go with Senjougahara: I love how she's a mix of tsundere and yandere and how beautiful in an asshole way she is. Then there's Kirino: I love how crazy otaku she is, aside from how stylish she is. Plus, I love her personality in the novel much better, because I admit they turned her into a total bitch in the anime. And of course, the guy most of you know I adore forever and ever, especially since when I joined Colors the same time I had everything themed with him: Sky High/Keith Goodman. I adore the bara type men (which it is a difficult type to find in anime), but Keith has something that drives me which is a big man with a puppy and naive personality that contrasts his physique.

And as for new crushes:



Anastasia from Cinderella Girls, because she's adorable and I dig her accent and her interest in stargazing. Jiji from Touken Ranbu, because I adore Heian era clothing but also... BISHOUNEN WHO TALKS LIKE AN OLD MAN. And Yamato, my busty and adorable mommy boat.

Oh dang, I adore kid!you's taste. It seems like everyone's had a crush on Snufkin at some point, and if I'd grown up with Moomins I probably would have too. And Creamy Mami, damn, her hair is fantastic. I think I'm a little gay for her just from that one picture. *_* All of these are super great choices and I approve.

HA. I had one crush. For the longest time. And am embarrassed by it now. I obsessed over Hiyoshi Wakashi from Prince of Tennis for almost five years and I can't understand why, because his personality is terrible, his hair is terrible, I hated his voice, and his art gets worse and worse as the series progresses. I own his one coin figure. idk what happened.

The only other characters that have made me feel strongly towards them are Aigis from P3 and Ed from FMA, but a large part of that has to do with the series and the story, and I can't justify tennis the same way.

ROY MUSTANG from FullmetalFlame Alchemist. ♥ I hope I will forever say he is my favorite crush. I have been in love with him immensity from the first time I saw him. He's charming as hell, but he's also a dumbass. I love how he strives for his goals and how he still suffers about his actions during the Ishval War. I just love everything about him. * A* I only had two other crushes before he upset the throne from Satoshi Hiwatari (D.N. Angel) and Hiei (Yu Yu Hakusho). And my top female crush has to be Sheryl Nome (Macross Frontier). Her voice is amazing. ♥

I got a lot of crushes //w\\ But I'm on the phone now so I can't really give you the pictures of each one.. So I'm just gonna put my most favorite here!

Suwa Reiji from prince of stride will definitely be my number one crush! He's perfect, the perfect prince of the galaxy. I can't find any other words to describe him... Maybe I'm a little biased, but he's just... that perfect. He's the ace (which is somehow my favorite type recently), he's smart and hard working, but with that little bit of childishness in him is what makes me fall for him the most! Not to mention he's so handsome and is voiced by Miyano

The second one I love in pristo is definitely Mayuzumi Asuma! I've always fall for Ono Yuuki's character, and this one is not an exception, haha! He's cute in his own way, and imo he's carefree on the outside but really caring on the inside /w\

Others are mostly from idol hells, lol. From IODLiSH7, I like Sougo, Gaku and Yuki (they have white hair i love white hair) and some from enstars like Koga (another Yuuki) and Adonis xD

WHOA VETH you opened like a whole rainbow box with this qustion...

well okay. I know I have a miyano problem but throughout my fandom life I've selectively picked people for my harem. Currently there's four, only half are miyanos (shocking, right)


The first guy ever who earned a permanent spot was Takakage Kobayakawa from Samurai Warriors! He has a very kind personality as well as a terrifying intelligence, plus he looks really cute with his fluffy hair and his robes fit my aesthetic. Bonus points for being historical AND from a story with a ton of suffering. I mained him in RP for over two years before I switched on to someone else.

I kinda noticed that from that point onwards my main character type is The Ace - people who are very smart and scarily good at what they do. They don't have to be morally a good person (see: Leon from FE/IF, Dazai from Bungou Stray Dogs, even Light from Death Note aka potato chip guy) but it's their intellect and determination that I really respect.

As with before I keep my harem very selective so only 3 more people are in it:


Next is Tokiya Ichinose from Uta no Prince-sama! This was kinda the start of my otome game era, haha. I liked him instantly because of his calm and somewhat frigid personality, but most importantly because of his determination and skill. He's hardworking and strives to be perfect and it's kinda really motivational for a NEET like me _(:3JL)_ also he does have his personality issues but THEY GOT DEVELOPED OVER THE GAME AND HE BECOMES LESS OF A STUCK UP ASS AFTER LIKE 4 GAMES. he's tsun and that makes him attractive too

ALSO I LOVE HIS SINGING VOICE his va is too good


TOKIYA ACTUALLY TOOK TOP SPOT FOR LIKE A LONG TIME TOO until I got into prince of stride late last year and then the miyano from that game got inducted as well. Reiji is actually quite similar to Tokiya (which is what caught my attention) in terms of ace status, but he has a more sunny personality (still backed up by ambition and sharp wit). It's almost like he and Tokiya are the same guy but raised in different circumstances, Reiji being a rich pampered kid with a good life and Tokiya having to work from the bottom up. He's still kind and childish sometimes (which Tokiya would never be) so it's refreshing!!!

also he's hot just like tokiya and the miyano curse is strong


LAST GUY IS A BIT OF A CURVEBALL (and not a miyano) he's Shizuma Mayuzumi also from Prince of Stride (wow eon you have TWO people from pristo???). He's voiced by Hirakawa Daisuke and also Liz's husband so he's sort of attained meme status amongst my friends as a flamingo. He is a Nice Guy!! team mom, super gentle and caring and respectful - he speaks in keigo just like tokiya AND they use the same pronoun so it was like EYEZOOMS ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) he also is samevoice with hayato from starry sky who is like MY VERY FIRST OTOME GAME ROUTE and the two of them have similar personalites so that's that.

THOUGH given how he's voiced by hirarin of all people I'm expecting him to be at least slightly yan if not something is wrong



YEAH THAT'S IT even though I have like a blanket bias for over 50% of miyanos I still have taste and curate my harem. to earn a spot is to earn my unwavering respect and recognition (ah)

Precious elezen husbandos, both from Final Fantasy XIV!!

Haurchefant is... a bit of a deviant in the Japanese, which is probably why so many people love him, haha! He's like a big, excitable puppy who isn't shy about letting the Warrior(s) of Light know how in awe he is of them and is a steadfast ally and friend, a crucial part in their fight against the evils of Eorzea. I can't really say much aside from that without spoiling plot stuff... but he has some of the best facial expressions in the game.

Aymeric is gorgeous. Everything about him is 100/10.

i have a crush on literally every character my fave va voices BUT TODAY I WANT TO TALK ABOUT MY MOST RECENT CRUSH!!!!! which is called mokona, hi



recently i've read like, almost every relevant clamp work just so i could read TRC and XH properly - and i already met the original mokona in magic knight rayearth (which quickly became one of the best magical girl series i've ever read) but then i met mokona modoki in TRC and it stole my heart!!!! i don't know how and why - and i do have a soft spot for small animals - but i like mokona so much. ; _ ; i love how it's always eating or drinking and teasing the others and going along with every joke, and it seems like it doesn't have a single care in the world, but it's such an important member of the crew and it literally tore my heart out when mokona was sad because it thought it wasn't part of the team and then someone said that this wasn't the case and mokona was just as important as kurogane or fai. :'(

well when I was a wee little thing, I had the biggest crush on Ranma from the Ranma Hard Battle NES game. Reason being is I played that game religiously for weeks, and he also had the deepest voice I ever heard. He was so handsome to tiny me. I JUST THOUGHT HE WAS RIDICULOUSLY COOL.

Aside from that no one notworthy pops out at me, I've been laying pretty low. 8)

I don't really crush on characters, honestly, a lot of it is me just liking a design b/c it's fun to draw. (BUT WHILE I'M HERE I MIGHT AS WELL POST THIS, BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN.) Everyone from Chibisan Date is pretty cute, too. Koto from Kyousougiga's also a super fun character to draw, so much energy.

Sailor Uranus/Haruka Tenou. What can I say? She's strong, she's suave, she's gender non-conforming. She's amazing. In hindsight, back when I was a kid, I should have known I liked girls. XD

Satsuki Kiryuin.I would let her step on me with those boots on. She's strong and has conviction, and she's not afraid of much of anything. Plus, she's also adorable in the end of the series.

Higashikata Tomoko. Ah, yes. The woman who raised Josuke is not one to take lightly. She raised a son as a single mom in a society that really looks down on that, and he came out pretty great. She's sassy, stands up for herself, and smashed a guy's face for catcalling her. What's not to like??
