I haven't played the game so I don't know the song but with that hint It must be from Catherine, which is composed by Shoji Meguro, iirc.

The song is a remake of "L'Arlésienne Second Suite - Farandole", originally by George Bizet, but redone in rock format for the videogame Catherine by Shoji Meguro.
