Last round, we were looking at...guy whose name I cannot remember from Monster Rancher! His hat is orange.
The Shinsengumi are on a door-to-door manhunt, but their wanted posters are all in black and white! Please help them supply some more details to the citizens so they can fulfill their duties.
And this week's suspect...
Confession: my love for quiet badass characters with scarves is a very long-running thing.
Give me the color of his scarf for three random cards!
