Video game recommendations! What games can you not stop telling others to play? Is there a game you think deserves a lot more love than it gets? Tell us all about it!

For stuff that's relevant to this tcg.... I have to recommend all of the visual novels personally, especially otome games.

I'm a really huge fan of visual novels sometimes, it's not even funny. ;w; I'm sure a BUNCH of folks here have played through DRAMAtical Murder, but they might not have read more than that. The folks who made it also made a few other yaoi vns called Sweet Pool, Togainu no Chi, and Lamento, though I've heard they're a bit more hardcore than DMMD...

There's also the Key quartet of Kanon, AIR, CLANNAD, and Little Busters! ...though admittedly I've only read the latter of them all, but I do heavily recommend reading them if you can! Especially Little Busters, holy cow. The anime was alright, but I felt some of the girls got the short end of the stick in regards to the adaption. Like, Kud's route had such a huge impact with Riki's relationship, and Kuruguya's raised so many questions and points of curiosity in how it ends the first time you do it...! And the end route, Refrain, just hits you so hard with feels with what happens, with the Truth of the World, WITH THE BASEBALL SCENE WITH RIKI, KYOUSUKE, MASATO, AND KENGO.... I could go on forever! I loved the Little Busters visual novel so much.

And on the otome game side of things, MORE PEOPLE NEED TO PLAY TOKIMEKI MEMORIAL GIRL'S SIDE. There's three of them, all translated! You just need emulators for them, and the guys are all really sweet in different ways in each of the games, especially in 3rd Story.

If you're iffy about emulators and pirating, there's a handful of actual licensed and localized otome games as well, such as Hakuoki! There's four games of it released in North America on PSP, 3DS, and PS3, one of which is a Dynasty Warriors hack-n-slash type of game. They all have the same story, but the 3DS and PS3 versions have some extras that you unlock after going through all the routes as far as I've heard!

All in all, please play more visual novels, people. ;w; A lot of them are really really good! Some of them have anime adaptions that don't do too much justice to the source material, some of them have really good anime adaptions, but either way, you can't beat out a good story straight from the source material!!

GIRLS' SIDE THREE GOT COMPLETELY TRANSLATED ALREADY?!?! WHEN?!

Awhile ago, actually! The same group that translated the other two translated Girl's Side 3 Premium, which is the PSP version. :D

haha after I left the comment I went on an internet hunt and I'm currently playing it! Thank you so much for saying it here, I wouldn't have found out otherwise ;~;
