Last week, we were looking at Boba Fett and his orange/yellow shoulderpads (I will accept either answer). He's from the manga adaptation of The Empire Strikes Back, which was drawn by Kudo Toshiki - although the covers, my initial research had not turned up, were apparently done by Adam Warren, so I'll take either of those for the bonus answer, too!

The Shinsengumi are on a door-to-door manhunt, but their wanted posters are all in black and white! Please help them supply some more details to the citizens so they can fulfill their duties.

And this week's suspect...

Apparently this guy's a pretty good shot, if you can put up with him long enough to see him shoot something.

Blue! Though it's kind of turquoisish so maybe it could be called green...?

Kind of hard to give an exact colour on Innes' official art because of that yellowish tint, but I'm going to say light blue.

A weird tealish bluegreen. I suppose it's more blue than anything. That's also Innes from Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, but you didn't really... ask for that.
