1) It's fine to give these out to players who didn't sign up to give out candy themselves, right? Like you're free to throw candy at anyone who wanders into your trading post as long as you haven't already given them a candy before?


2) XD ALSO part of the Halloween fun of collecting candy is trading candies to get the flavors you want, right? Are we allowed to give people candy from the pile we collected (even if we already gave them one from our unlimited pile)?
