Hello everyone, and welcome back to Seiyuu Guess! Our host for this game is Shizuka, a rookie seiyuu who's still learning the tricks of the trade! She's been provided with a description, image, and clip of a certain character, and it's up to you to help her figure out who voices them.
The year is JC 2988. War rages across the four solar systems of the Joker Star Cluster. The most powerful tool in each nation's army is the Mortar Headd, a giant robot piloted by a human Headd Liner. But behind every Headd Liner stands a Fatima, an android created specifically to assist their master by jacking into the Mortar Headd's computer. When two new top-of-the-line Fatimas are ready to make their debut, their creator asks this man to keep an eye on the proceedings. He's an old friend and a talented Mortar Headd designer in his own right, but it's his special connection with Lachesis, one of the Fatimas, that makes him take the job. Let's hear the clip...

"Ah, it smells beautiful. Thank you."
"Lachesis, you shouldn't be so selfish. ...Here, I made one for you, too."
"Thank you, Princess."
"Oh!"
"Hm? Wow, Clotho also made one for me?"
"They like you very much. This is the last time they can be free. Once they emerge from the capsules, they'll be adult Fatima."
"Dr. Ballanche, why do you say that? I hate the thought! They're just as human as we are. They shouldn't have to die in battle. They're not just tools of war. I shall make a Mortar Headd that doesn't need a Fatima."
"You can become my master! ...You can't?"
"Of course. I'll do it for you, Lachesis."
"Great! There's just...there's just one more thing."
"Wh-What is it?"
"You make Mortar Headds, don't you? I want a beautiful golden Mortar Headd that will last for thousands of years. Then I can marry you in front of the Mortar Headd."
"A golden one?"
"Yes! I shall pray for that while I'm in the capsule. You will be aboard that Knight of Gold when you come to claim me as your bride."
