Hello everyone, and welcome back to Seiyuu Guess! Our host for this game is Shizuka, a rookie seiyuu who's still learning the tricks of the trade! She's been provided with a description, image, and clip of a certain character, and it's up to you to help her figure out who voices them.
In the distant future, mankind has settled on a planet named Terra II. That's "mankind" literally; since no women survived the colonizing, the planet is inhabited only by human men and their female robots called marionettes. This guy is just a working-class average Joe when one day he stumbles upon a strange marionette named Lime. Unlike other marionettes, she has emotions and an actual mind of her own. Let's hear the clip...
"Fireworks display?"
"Oh, is it that time of year already?"
"Hey, [character name]...what's a 'fireworks'?"
"Oh, you know! Fireworks are the ones that VROOM into the sky and go BOOM into lots of purdy reds and blues and yellows! And when you see 'em, you shout 'OOH! AAH!'"
"Ooh. Aah."
"L-L-Like I said! They go VROOM into the sky, go BOOM and there's reds and blues and yellows, man this is tiring. Anyways! They're like big flowers made of light that go POW at night!"
"I wanna see! I wanna see the fireworks! I wanna, wanna, wanna, WANNA SEE!!"
"Okay! I could use a little fireworks."
"YAY! I love you, [character name]!!"
