For the grey task and the green task, they can be earned in trades, but the blue task is cards earned from games and services only. The grey task and the green task are asking for specific cards so it would be awful if you went the entire month not getting the right ones, so of course trades are okay! But for the blue task, it's asking you to be active in games and services, so trades won't count.
