Last week, we were looking at Layer from Megaman X, whose hair is purple!
The Shinsengumi are on a door-to-door manhunt, but their wanted posters are all in black and white! Please help them supply some more details to the citizens so they can fulfill their duties.
And this week's suspect...
Man, I love the nineties.
...well, aside from the difficulty of finding good images from nineties era fandoms, anyway. No wonder nobody from this series has a deck yet!
