BOTB Round 12 - Identify that Seiyuu

A few hopeful vocalists sent in their sample voice tracks to the Colors crew, wanting to join the bands. Unfortunately, the information identifying them has disappeared! It is now up to you to help them identify these vocalists before it is too late!
Below are voice clips from 5 different seiyuu each from a different series. The characters speaking these lines all have decks at Colors and are all from anime as opposed to video games. Two clips are from anime adapted from manga, two clips are from anime adapted from light novels, and one clip is from an anime adapted from a book series.

Your task is to identify the seiyuu from each clip! To earn a note for your band, you must identify 3 or more of the seiyuu. Each seiyuu you identify will earn you 1 random card. If you can also identify the character voiced in each particular clip, you will earn yourself an extra random card per character identified. You do not need to identify the characters to earn a note.
Please give the seiyuu's full name. If you are also answering the character part, full names for that is also required to earn you a card. If full names are not provided, you will not earn your reward for that part!

Clip 1: The Happy Prince. Oscar Wilde. For the sake of the poor! Give them my ruby... My sapphires... My gold leaf painting! Heh. truly a story full of complacency and hypocrisy for humans who don't know anything about true tragedy. Right up your alley, eh?
Clip 2: Despite shrinking, my mind remains the same. The unbeaten great detective... Truth, there is only one!
Clip 3: Well I dunno if I should be making my introduction like this. But see, I found something like this. It seems like some old book. It was in our storehouse. I think my ancestors were doing some research about calling forth demons. So then, I decided that I hafta find out whether or not demons actually exist. But you see, if a demon actually does appear, it would be so stupid not to prepare for it and just make small talk with it. So, little boy, if Mr. Demon does make an appearance... Won't you let it try to kill you?
Clip 4: Focus. Reassess the situation. I have "Swift waters"... A card that can be taken on the first syllable on "Swift." Nishida has "The tail," and six dead cards haven't been read yet. "The sky may," "The sight of Mount," "Feel sorrow," "For the," "Would this," and "My own sleeves." "The tail" can't be taken on the first syllable yet!
Clip 5: This is what I want to see! The world beyond this war, the one I've never seen. Therefore, I shall say it again. Become mine, hero. To find that which I long to see, yet still have not, I want you to become my eyes. My light. My blade! Won't you?
