BotB- Round 9: Lights out

Art by: Eri
So somehow Aoi-sama got assigned the job of organizing the lights for the show. Gin gave him a brief explanation on how the layout should be and then left him with this odd chart. Now if only he could figure out what it means.
Objective
Help Aoi-sama decode the chart and show him what image needs to be projected.
Puzzle

Rules
- This is know as a Nonograms puzzle - The puzzle can be separated into "good" squares (squares that will be lit and make the image) and "bad" squares (squares that won't be lit)
- Around the chart the number represent the number of "good" squares in a specific row or column and the groups they are in
- If there is more than one number two a row that means there are multiple groups of boxes
-Each group of "good" squares will be separated by at least 1 "bad" square.
ex.
-a 7 on top of a row means there is one group of 7 boxes
-a 3 and 4 on the top of a row means that there is one group of 3 boxes and another group of 4 boxes in the row that is separated by at least one box

Tips
- Start with any 0 rows (rows that don't have anything in them)
- Next with the large clues and try to find as many overlaps as possible.
- Scan all rows and columns one by one. There is always another step somewhere!
- Every new square you paint might become a useful clue in the perpendicular direction.
- Use two different colors to show "good" and "bad" squares.
Example
Here's an example of a completed puzzle. The red represents the "good" squares while the light blue are the "bad" squares
