Colors Musical Playground - part 1

Hi guys! Welcome to a suprise bonus side event for the BOTB - the Musical Playground!

What is the Playground? Well, it's a special area of our giant stadium, where the players and the audience can rest a bit, play with both their team mates and rivals, and forget about the competitive aspect of the event at least for a while! You can find some more laid-back tasks to do and get some more cards.

I'm not sure how many rounds of this event will we have, for now.

The first round's task for the players is tell us a heartwarming story about a positive experience involving a certain person at Colors! Maybe someone gifted you a card that you needed for mastery? Maybe someone traded you ten awesome cards at once? Maybe someone donated a deck that you totally want? Or maybe someone submitted an amazing fanart of your favourite Colors character? Tell us all about that!

You can post up to 3 short stories! They can even be 2 sentences long! There are only 3 requirements:

- each story must involve a fellow Colors player
- if you write multiple stories, they must be about different players
- MOST IMPORTANT: the players that you are talking about must have chosen a different 1st priority than you in the signups post. This is a rule aiming to help you get more friendly with players from the opposing teams! (Also: if you haven't signed up, you can still write about any player)
- anyone can take part in this event, even if they aren't signed up for BOTB! As long as they are currently players at Colors, it's fine! Also, anyone can write about those awesome people who did something awesome but aren't signed for the BOTB.

The prizes are 2 random cards per story, making a total of 6 random cards!

You have time until the teams' lineups are announced, that is July 26th! The next event in this series will involve trading with players from different teams, though I cannot say for sure when it will be posted.

This event is now over! You may still write your stories, but there won't be any prizes!

So I am like brand new and my stories won't be anything particularly meaningful or long, but! I'm still grateful to these players already for being so kind and welcoming, which means a lot! It's been a long time since I've done a TCG proper, so I'm already really enjoying Colors. ♥

trial was kind enough to open up their old card post for freebies, which really helped me boost my own collection! I got several cards that I was looking to collect, which of course I was really appreciative of! But more than that, it was very kind to put them up for grabs in general and work through all the requests! ♥

So because I'm new, my offerings for trade are pretty pitiful, so I'm of course appreciative to the several players I'm sure have done trades for the sake of trades with me, but asuna especially stands out since they very kindly gave me two cards that I was collecting! It was so happy to receive them, since it was for a deck I'd really like to master, and it really just made my day, haha.

And finally, I have to give major props to despedia for the Kindness Terrorism! It's a great idea and one that really helps out new players. When I'm able, I know I'll be contributing in the future to donate cards.

Basically, this game is full of lovely and kind people.

The stories don't need to be long, what matters is the kindness behind them! (wow I sound like a character from a friendship anime, but that's how this event makes me feel and it's nice :D )
