Generally, blondies and red(or pink)heads. Tattoos or inhuman traits (like elf ears or otherworldly humanoids). But what really seals the deal is a hero, a morally ambiguous, or a mischief-making personality type. So naturally, characters that top this list are Link (my favorite) and Midna both from the Zelda series, Micah from Rune Factory 3, the Hitachiin Twins of Ouran High School Host Club, Hisoka Kurosaki of Yami no Matsuei. And then there's a few odd ducks like Sheena Fujibayashi from Tales of Symphonia.
