The best OP/ED would be from Cowboy Bebop, hands down. I still listen to it after yearsss. Yearsss, I tell you! There are also a few good tracks from Kuroko no Basuke's OST like "Nipponichi ni Naru" and "35 - Chuugaku Jidai". "Moonlight" by Mamoru Miyano from the Uta no Prince-sama OST is ... well, me gusta a lot.
