My ship that I would sink with would be Hatori/Mayuko from Fruits Basket (manga-version). I'm sad that she was never in the anime, because her backstory chapters came out after the anime's stopping point. I just think that his understanding nature and her energetic personality go well together, and the fact that they're getting to know each other again behind the scenes may be a little frustrating, but they have their reasons for keeping quiet.

I'll take onigiri15 and excluded20 because Furuba ships can't be stopped!
