Hello everyone, and welcome back to Seiyuu Guess! Our host for this game is Shizuka, a rookie seiyuu who's still learning the tricks of the trade! She's been provided with a description, image, and clip of a certain character, and it's up to you to help her figure out who voices them.
This week we're continuing our anime timeline with a TV series that started in 1996! Twenty years ago, y'all, holy crap.
During the violent Bakumatsu period of Japan's history, this man took countless lives as an assassin, unmatched in his skill or brutality. Now, ten years later, in the early Meiji era, he travels across the country as a wandering swordsman. Having vowed never to kill again, he protects the weak in an attempt to atone for his years of depravity. Tip: This is his seiyuu from the TV series! Let's hear the clip...

However, I prefer Miss Kaoru's play-talk more than the truth, I do. I wish that in the world to come, her play-talk shall become the truth."
