Seiyuu Guess 245
Last week's answer was Tatsuhiro Satou from Welcome to the NHK, voiced by Yutaka Koizumi!

Hello everyone, and welcome back to Seiyuu Guess! Our host for this game is Shizuka, a rookie seiyuu who's still learning the tricks of the trade! She's been provided with a description, image, and clip of a certain character, and it's up to you to help her figure out who voices them.

This man (top) works for King Louis XV's secret police in 18th century France. He was inspired to join the force when his sister (bottom) was found dead in a coffin with the word "Psalms" written in blood on it, her body filled with mercury. Because the mercury preserved her dead body, her soul could not reach Heaven, leaving it to wander the mortal realm. As her brother investigates her death, she takes revenge into her own hands by possessing his body to fight those involved in the murder plot. Let's hear the clip...
"NQM," meaning vengeance in the ancient tongue. The word does not simply imply revenge. It also has the meaning of returning a disordered harmony to its previous state. For that purpose, one seeks the King of Truth, and wishes for the restoration of proper order. That is the Verse of the King, and the Verse of Revenge. "The Lord gave the King His blessings, gold, a crown, and eternal life. He dressed the King in brilliant glory and splendorous dignity. Thus the King stands firm in the blessing of He Who has the noblest of aims."
"You gave the King victory. O Lord, remember the contract and balance."
"All my paths are pledged to thee. O Lord, save me from these sinful swords. The enemy chases my soul, and pulls me into the darkness of the eternally dead. O Lord, let them feel fear, and remind them that they are naught but human."
Tell Shizuka both characters' names, both of their seiyuu, and what series they're from for twelve random cards and a random crayon!
This round ends Saturday, July 2, 2016.
