Last week's answer was Dejiko from Di Gi Charat, voiced (in that clip) by Asami Sanada! Though if you said Satomi Akesaka, I'll accept it, since I didn't specify which one I was asking for! Mainly because I had no idea she had more than one seiyuu, lol. Who knew they were still making new Di Gi Charat in 2008??
