Last week, Luffy from One Piece was wearing red.
The Shinsengumi are on a door-to-door manhunt, but their wanted posters are all in black and white! Please help them supply some more details to the citizens so they can fulfill their duties.
And this week's suspect...
He's on a judgement-dealing rampage through a city swarmed with demons and angry mobs. This is bound to end well!
Give me the color of his shirt for three random cards.
