Last week's answer was Mikuru Asahina from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, voiced by Yuuko Gotou! That is still one of my favorite first episodes of anything ever.
Hello everyone, and welcome back to Seiyuu Guess! Our host for this game is Shizuka, a rookie seiyuu who's still learning the tricks of the trade! She's been provided with a description, image, and clip of a certain character, and it's up to you to help her figure out who voices them.
This, uh, friendly-looking guy is a parasitic creature that has taken over the right hand of a high school boy. Let's hear the clip...
"Why me, anyway?"
"Coincidence. I didn't choose you specifically."
"I guess I have to go to a hospital now, uproar or not."
"Why would you do that?"
"To have them cut you off."
"That would be undesirable. I feed on the nutrients carried by your bloodstream to survive. So, if I were to be cut off, I would shrivel up and die. Plus, you would lose your right hand. It'd be a loss for both of us."
"'Both of us'?! You're the one who ate my right hand without even asking first!"
"How about this? I'll fine tune the circuitry so that, while I'm asleep, you can control the hand just like before."
"What?"
"That's sufficient, no? Moving forward, we should cooperate and coexist. That is our only option."
"Who said you get to decide?!"
"I'm tired, so I'm going to sleep."
"Wait a minute! You always do that when things get inconvenient for you!"
"Use me with care..."
Tell Shizuka the character's name, their seiyuu, and what series they're from for three random cards!
