Pot of Gold 48
Congrats to the winners of last month! Now it's time to go through your very own Bizarre Adventure! This month's Pot of Gold is dedicated to Jojo, because I'm predictable that way.
My apologies for posting early, but I won't be able to do it at all later
The object of the Pot of Gold is to complete different "tasks" that will be different every month. You'll get small rewards for completing them individually, but receive bonuses if you manage to complete all of them. How much of the rainbow can you complete?
RULES
- Everything collected and turned in for these tasks must be done and logged in between November 1st and December 2nd, 2014. So you've only got one month!
- When commenting here after completing a task, make sure you label your subject with "Completed", as well as the number of the task you finished. Also, make sure you let me know if you've completed all of them so I can give you your extra reward!
- Please give me a link to your logs with every comment you make.
- Pot of Gold tasks can only be turned in when the round is open, so that means that after NOON GMT on December 3rd, you can't turn in anything even if your tasks were completed and logged in November! Even if you were on hiatus. It's just like with normal games, you can't reply to them once the round closes. If you need to fix a link or clarify something after this time, please reply to your comment or PM me; do not edit your comment after the deadline!
- Also, most of the prizes you obtain from Pot of Gold are valid for a set period of time. Special deck donations, however, are an exception - think of them as tickets that you can turn in regardless of when it was won.
TASKS AND PRIZES
You can earn up to a total of 44 cards, and 3 crayon for completing the tasks for this month!
Completing all the tasks will earn you an additional 14 random cards, 3 random crayons and the GRAND PRIZE!
Grand Prize A: Special Deck Donation
Grand Prize B: +1 Choice Card for 5 masteries
You must present your coupon when using, and for prize B, make sure to keep track of how many times you've used it. In case you complete your tasks early, write on your subject or your comment if you want me to hand you your awards earlier! While you cannot use the special prizes earned until the end of the month, you can get your cards and crayon earlier.
You have until December 3rd at NOON GMT to complete these tasks. Good luck!

 | Jonathan Joestar is a gentleman through and throughout and saving and protecting the innocents from vampires and zombies just kinda goes along with the job. You, too, can protect the world from TRUE EVIL. Task: Go to someone's trade page and initiate a trade with them, writing a dramatic speech about how you're going to stop their evil-doings. Save colors from these fiends! Note: if you feel self conscious about your english, or otherwise don't feel like wrating a dramatic speech, trade them a card with a villain in it instead. Reward: 3 random cards |
II. BATTLE TENDENCY | |
 | Joseph Joestar hates two words above all else "working" and "hard". But sometimes hard work is unavoidable, and if you're stuck with it, oh well, might as well do it well. Task: Reply to seven games -- all games count and they don't have to be different. Reward: 7 random cards + 2 crayons |
III. STARDUST CRUSADERS | |
 | Life is hard when you're right deep into your rebellious phase and suddenly there's an evil spirit possessing you. Or is it? Jotaro Kujo's life changes entirely when he awakens his "Stand", and then he has to go and travel all the way to Egyp to find and stop some jerk. What a pain, just give him a break. Task(s): Earn one card, candy or crayon of EACH COLOR this month. You can combine them (ie one red card, one orange candy, one yellow crayon), and you are NOT giving these up, just linking them here. Reward: 8 random cards |
IV. DIAMOND IS UNBREAKABLE | |
 | Josuke Higashikata might look like a punk and have a short temper, but in the end, he's got a heart of gold and his Stand is proof of his generous nature. Task: Gift one card to three different members Reward: 6 random cards |
V. VENTO AUREO | |
 | Intelligent, determined and driven, Giorno Giovanna has a dream that he's not afraid to pursue at all costs. If you're here to collect decks, then so do you. Task: Master 1 deck and write "I, *YOUR COLORS NAME*, have a dream!" in your mastery comment Reward: 6 random cards |
VI. STONE OCEAN | |

Jolyne Kujo is as tough as she's kind and caring, but unfortunately for her, luck does not seem to be on her side when it comes to dealing with men. From her relationship with her father to being sent to jail after covering for a crime she didn't commit, every time a man is involved, she ends up in deep trouble. Task: Get rid of 4 cards featuring MEN!!! from your tradepile, these cards do not have to be earned in November, but they must come from your own tradepile. You will lose these cards! Reward: 8 random cards + 1 random |
VII. STEEL BALL RUN | |
 | Johnny Joestar is a former big-shot jockey whose biggest wish is to be able to walk again. Although he finds what look like a ray of hope in Gyro Zeppeli, following him also means putting up with his terrible sense of humor. Task: Upon responding to a game (any game), write a really bad pun or joke along with it. Reward: 4 random cards |
VIII. JOJOLION | |
 | Taking on the name of "Josuke Higashikata", part 8 Jojo is a young man with no recollection of his past, looking to finally find out who he really is. With many suspicious characters around who seem to be wanting to take advantage of him, Josuke can find solace in the presence of his one true ally: Yasuho Hirose. Task: On your PoG comment, under "Gray Task" tell me about a member that has helped you in the past, or that you are otherwise grateful to for whatever reason. Reward: 2 random cards |

Onyx has helped me out a bunch in the past, especially when I was just getting started in Colors. She helped me set up the layout waaaay back when I was just using a post for all of my cards and was super patient when I came to her all like "I FUCKED UP MY CODING SOMEHOW WHAT DO." She is legit my best friend ever, even if we have this weird friendship where we yell at each other about some random non-sensical thing and hurt each other with terrible terrible sad RP thoughts and sometimes leave the other to die to random mobs in video games by stealthing past a group of enemies that aggro on you......
But that's beside the point! She also got me into contact with Sky on Skype when I was getting all flustered about my website not displaying properly when I first got acccess to it, who helped me rebuild the whole thing from scratch with php coding. |D
All in all, Onyx is an awesome person forever, even if she pulled me back into TCG Hell. ♥
