Today Conan traveled to a fantasy kingdom where the church holds quite a bit of power and there's been a lot of political infighting - though surely all that talk of "black lions" and "white lions" isn't literal. This man is a veteran of the Fifty Years' War, and a well-known Sword Saint who knows a lot of powerful skills - which is probably why some people just call him "Thunder God" instead. Not bad for a guy in his fifties, right?
